Here Are The Key Market Moving Events For Monday, June 4

With the economic Super Bowl over last Friday, there are relatively few
major announcements impacting markets on Monday. In the U.S., investors
will be waiting for the factory orders report.
Here's what you need to know.
Australia starts things off at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday evening with May
inflation. There is no consensus for the report.
At 9:30 p.m. both corporate inventories and operating profits in
Australia will be released. Expectations are for inventories to advance
0.7 percent during the first quarter as profits decline 2.5 percent.
Announcements go quiet until Swedish services PMI at 2:30 a.m. on
Monday morning.
Spanish unemployment figures will be released at 3:00 a.m. Consensus
is for the number of unemployed to decline by 31,000.
At 5:00 a.m., eurozone PPI will be released. Expectations are for a
0.2 monthly increase in April, representing a 2.7 percent year-on-year
gain.
Brazilian and Chilean central bank minutes are scheduled for 7:30
and 8:30 a.m., respectively.
Mexican consumer confidence will be announced at 8:30 a.m. with
forecasts for the key index to decline 10 basis points in May to 97.1.
Attention shifts to the U.S. at 9:45 a.m. with the ISM New York
report.
Factory orders finish the day off at 10:00 a.m. Economists project
orders advanced by 0.2 percent in April.
